About Us
Wishbone takes its name from the wishbone ritual, where two people pull a bone and make a wish. Healing can feel like that too: fragile, hopeful and full of possibility. We honour that vulnerability and courage by holding your healing with care and respect.
That understanding guides how we support you. We are a mental health practice in Singapore offering therapy that helps you understand your emotions and the signals your body gives you, gently and with compassion.
We also collaborate with allied-health professionals to bring mind and body education into our community so your understanding of yourself can grow both inside and beyond the therapy room.

Our space is calm, warm and intentionally simple. It feels less like a clinic and more like an exhale.
We believe healing begins with feeling safe in your body, with the person you meet, and in the room around you. Every part of our space is designed to feel gentle, grounding and unhurried, so you can settle in and be present during your session.

We collaborate closely with allied-health partners, create nervous-system–informed content, offer workshops, and provide practical tools and education for everyday life. Our work ranges from one-to-one therapy to Employee Assistance Programs that help teams regulate, restore, and reconnect with themselves and with each other.
