ROXANNE YEO

(she/her) Mcouns

Registered Counsellor – Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC)

Roxanne is a trauma-informed counsellor who works with youths and adults in navigating a range of emotional, relational, and mental health challenges. She draws from a blend of evidence-based approaches — including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing®️ (SE) — to meet clients where they are, with flexibility and care.

Her practice is body-oriented and grounded in deep respect for each person’s pace, story, and inner resilience. Roxanne gently supports clients in tuning into the subtle signals of their bodies—helping them regulate overwhelming emotions, rebuild a sense of internal safety, and reconnect with younger parts of themselves that may still be holding pain.

Her work often includes inner child healing, offering clients a space to tend to long-held emotional wounds with compassion, curiosity, and care. Through this process, many experience deeper self-awareness, emotional integration, and a renewed connection to their core self.

She is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for all clients, including those from LGBTQIA+ communities.

“It’s okay to not know where to begin — just showing up is already brave.”
