Regina is a US-trained Licensed Clinical Professional Counsellor (LCPC) in Illinois and a National Certified Counsellor (NCC). Drawing from her multicultural background, Regina provides trauma-focused care to individuals and families with complex trauma, addictions, family dysfunction, and attachment-related issues.

She adopts a psychodynamic and bio-psychosocial therapeutic approach, deeply exploring relational wounds and trauma roots within family systems and broader environments. She integrates various modalities such as DBT, CBT, EMDR, Gestalt therapy, somatic awareness, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, expressive arts/sandtray therapy, and spiritual exploration.
